On a Sunday afternoon last Summer, we ventured out to the Byron Hinterland to our friend’s new block of land – vacant and ready to build the house of their dreams. We thought we would camp there for the night and watch the first sunset there together… with wine in hand of course! We set up dinner in the forest, enjoyed platters, wine and the sunset… and then basically got eaten alive by some kind of killer mozzies! Hahaha… It was magic and one of my favourite days from Summer. Already missing those sweet warm evenings, as Winter here in Byron is definitely on it’s way!
