Whilst we have yet to make use of the tent as it was purchased for our wedding, the customer service was excellent and the quality of the tent and components are fantastic (I inspected everything to ensure nothing was damaged in transit). Additionally, I was really impressed with the extra heavy duty canvas bags that the tent components were packed in.
