Dream Dinners is an exclusive and luxurious styled dining experience like no other. This exciting new concept is changing the way we celebrate with friends, family and colleagues and is turning special occasions into intimate and meaningful gatherings that will not be forgotten.
Bell Tents or ‘Tipi Marquees’ are styled exquisitely by Sarah Adams and her team at Dreamscene Events. Guests are treated to an exquisite 3-course meal prepared by onsite chefs from award-winning ‘Michel’s Restaurant’. Everything is taken care of, from the furniture, dinnerware, decorations and food and of course includes all the cleaning up so that you and your guests can enjoy yourselves.
Dream Dinners is the brainchild of Sarah Adams who has lived in Townsville for the past 17 years. During this time Sarah has seen the incredible growth and expansion of Townsville, now a popular and high quality city that more and more people are calling home.
“My business set-up came about in 2008 when a heartbreaking diagnosis of someone close to me made me realise that life is too short to spend it doing something that you don’t enjoy. I decided that I wanted to be one of those people that wake up every morning and enjoy doing something that makes them happy. So I chose to pursue something that I was passionate about! After thinking about what I loved to do most, my thoughts kept leading me back to every wedding, event, birthday, meeting, function, or reunion I’d ever helped organise, and how much of a kick I got out of them.
So I set off on a mission to self-educate and teach myself everything. I put my head down and learnt all that I could, while refining my skills and knowledge within the wedding industry side of things, and constantly keeping up with changing trends. So here I am, the proud owner of my own business, that I have painstakingly built from scratch and now I’m pursuing my dream! ”
